With the emergence of our What, How and Why on the 16th December 2021, it now feels like we have a map we can all embrace to a new destination – one that unleashes both the potential of the enterprises we work with and their teams, but also our own Zones of Genius. The foundation concept of our Why.
This is a great time to recognise how far we’ve come, and to look forward to the exciting and challenging future ahead of us.
But that’s what working with exceptional people is like, right!

Dear Existing Staff Member
December 16th 2021 will not be forgotten by me for a very long time and it’s not because
Auckland had endured months in lockdown and nor was it my growing sense of frustration
learning the intricacies of the traffic light system.
What that date did mark was us finally unlocking our corporate Why, How and What.
I am tremendously excited by the concept of seeing people unleased into their Zone of
Genius, which is the foundation concept of our why.
You and I have been on this journey together for a while now, but it feels like we have a
map to a new destination, both corporately and individually and with that a bucket load of
new energy.
Thanks for being part of this team of truly exceptional people. You make a difference every
single day.
